Iter Returns Policy
At Iter, we want you to love your luggage as much as you love traveling. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make the return process as simple as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in unused and original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our official Iter website.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned directly to the retailer.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Care team at support@iter.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
